Posture Screening

Poor posture is all around us and has numerous negative effects on the body! We provide complimentary computerized posture screenings at our office or you can have one set up at various locations such as local offices, community events, malls, offices, libraries, health fairs, schools, church functions, fitness facilities, etc. A posture screening is performed utilizing the latest computerized posture program. Our office will interpret a digital picture of each individual and send a confidential report detailing the posture found, the stress on the spine and surrounding musculature and how this can be related to many symptoms.

Massage + Pamper Day

Stress is part of our daily life, but let us help you have a few minutes of relaxation on us! All you have to do is reserve the date and we will send a licensed massage therapist to your facility or event for FREE! This can be set up by employers to give a special day to the staff, organizations or events can add to there day or simply to have a customer appreciation day for local businesses. Whatever the occasion we can help make it more inviting.

Health Talks

Are you looking to educate your employees, friends or family on healthy living? How to regain youth and vitality? How posture affects overall health? How neck pain and back pain really start?
